Returns Policy

• Your first Return is complimentary for Australian Residents only. • We offer a 30 day Returns Policy for Store Credit only. • Your store credit will be valid for 1 year.  • Store credits can be used to purchase another item or exchange for a different size. • We do not provide refunds unless item is deemed faulty.

 

Making a return

Please lodge a return request by emailing info@xelaswim.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day. If this is your first return, it will be complimentary and paid by us to support you in finding your best fit!

Condition of return

• Last chance sale items cannot be returned
• We do not provide refunds unless item is deemed faulty
• All returnable items must be in it's original condition and packaging
• Unworn, unwashed and unsoiled
• With original tags and hygiene liners still attached
• Complimentary first return is valid for Australian Residents only

Your first return with us is complimentary. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs there after and if the conditions above are not adhered to, it will be returned to you at your own expense. Please note original shipping charges are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to our exclusive prints in limited numbers. However we do offer returns within 30 days for Store Credit which can be used to redeem another style of size. Please lodge a return as above via info@xelaswim.com.
